Returns

Return Policy

  1. Returns are accepted within 30 days of the date your order arrived.
  2. All merchandise must be in original, unused condition.
  3. Some items are not eligible for returns. This includes “final sale” merchandise, as well as food, drink, underwear, and grooming products. All products that are not eligible for returned as marked as such on the product page.
  4. When making a return, you have the option of a store credit, which includes a prepaid return shipping label, or a refund to the original form of payment, where you are responsible for return shipping costs.
  5. International orders are not eligible to for prepaid return shipping labels.
  6. Due to constantly changing inventory, we don’t offer true exchanges, as we can’t reserve items. Instead, please initiate a return using the store credit option, place a new order for the item you’d like, then email us at help@caughtadrift.com after your return is processed. We’ll then issue a refund and deduct the credit from your account.
